Today I was stuck with this message even though there was no installation in progress. </p>
<p>I deleted the following 2 files from your Library/LaunchDaemons and it fixed the problem.</p>
<p>com.apple.RemoteDesktop.PrivilegeProxy.plist<br />
com.apple.RFBRegisterMDNS_RemoteManagement.plist
